Getting Started
In order to access the online courses, you MUST be using Internet Explorer as your browser. If you experience any difficulties while registering for a course or encounter any errors while taking the course, please contact us at 703-628-7725 or via email at contact@eliteipa.com

Registering for EliteIPA’s online training:

Complete the online E-Training Registration form.
Once the Registration Form is complete, it will prompt you to pay for the course that you have selected.
Once the payment is complete, EliteIPA will email you your user ID and password. This is typically done within the first hour of receiving your forms, but can take up to but no longer then 24 hours.
If you are registering for more than one course, it is required that you complete the registration form and payment for each course. The username and password will be the same to access your directory of courses.

NOTE:
You will have 30 days to complete this course in its entirety after receiving your registration username and password. If you do not complete the course within the specified time frame, your course progress will not be saved and you will be required to pay for the course as well as retake the whole course again.

Once you have successfully completed the online training, an electronic completion notification will be sent directly to the Department of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS). You will receive your Training Completion Form and Training Certificate via email typically the same day of completion but it can take up to but not longer than 24 hours. We will also email you the DCJS renewal registration application form(s) which you would need to complete and mail to DCJS along with the renewal fee(s). You will be able to print these forms at your leisure.
